This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between TodayTemplates.net (referred to as “Provider”) and the individual or entity accessing and using the templates and resources (referred to as “User”).

Grant of License

Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates and resources obtained from TodayTemplates.net for their own personal or business purposes. This license is limited to the specific templates and resources acquired by User and is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Permitted Usage

The User may use the templates and resources for creating social media content, productivity resources, and related materials for their own business or for clients, provided that:

a. The templates and resources are not resold, distributed, or shared with third parties in their original or modified form.

b. The user does not claim ownership or authorship of the templates and resources.

c. The templates and resources are not used in any manner that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of the Provider or any third party.

Restrictions

User shall not:

1. Sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the templates and resources to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
2. Modify, adapt, or alter the templates and resources in a way that could misrepresent or falsely attribute the original work to the User.
3. Use the templates and resources in any manner that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the templates and resources remain the property of the Provider. The User acknowledges and agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights or interests in the templates and resources, except for the limited license granted under this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The templates and resources are provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the templates and resources, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate this license and Agreement at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a breach by the User. Upon termination, the User agrees to cease using the templates and resources and destroy any copies in their possession.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ghana.

By accessing and using the templates and resources from TodayTemplates.net, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Licensing Agreement.
